I say possible because Air Force retiree Rob John has to collect 5,600 signatures to be on the ballot as an independent. Bright is already being challenged by Montgomery city councilwoman Martha Roby. They say, ” 2 is company, 3 is a crowd.”
John said he has no political allegiance, which he considers a positive. He believes in term limits and a balanced federal budget.John opposes any laws against an action “if the action does no harm to another’s life, liberty or property,” stating the Constitution is about “individual liberty and separation of power.”
People are on the verge of losing their rights and are facing a perilous time, John said.
“Congress is intent on bankrupting this country,” he said.
I share his frustration.
